The Waterloo Bistro is named after the nearby Waterloo Bridge over the Tyne. Our menu does indeed have a strong Latin slant, and is definitely family-friendly. Our head chef Charlie Hutchison has even created a mini-menu for kids.

Other dining delights include free range chicken breast with mushroom cream and marsala wine sauce, tuscan style potatoes; rib-eye steak pizzaiola and a salad of mozzarella, cherry and vine tomatoes, rocket, basil and parmesan shavings.
